Parking Requirements
The client is responsible for providing a safe, level, and legal parking space for the Magical Events 4U Inc. Sparkling Ride party truck on the day of the event. The required parking space must meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 35 feet long
- Be located on private property or in an area where commercial vehicle parking is allowed
- Be as level as possible: steep slopes or uneven ground may prevent proper setup and create safety hazards during the event
Reservation and Payment Policy
To confirm your party reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your selected date and time and will be applied toward the total cost of your event.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event. If the payment is not received by the deadline, your booking will be cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited, and the date will become available to other clients.
Please note that cancellations are not allowed. However, we offer the option to reschedule your event with a minimum of 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.
We kindly ask that all participants arrive on time and ready to enjoy the experience, as scheduled events operate within a fixed time frame.
Service Area and Travel Fee
At Sparkling Ride, we love bringing magical memories to families all across Vancouver and the surrounding areas. Whether your celebration is in the heart of the city or in a nearby community, our party bus is ready to come to you.
To make things simple, your final quote will always include a travel fee. This fee depends on the distance to your location and the city where your event will take place. That way, you’ll know everything upfront—no surprises.
